TERMS OF SALE

By paying for the reservation, the Customer declares having read, understood, and accepted the following general terms and conditions of sale:

  • All lessons must be paid for in advance;
  • A sports lesson is conventionally 55 minutes long;
  • Group lessons cannot be converted into private lessons;
  • Equipment and ski passes are not included in the lesson price;
  • All lessons, whether private or group, take place in all weather conditions. In the event of a total closure of the facilities, missed lessons will not be refunded but will be made up;
  • Group ski lessons are available with a minimum of 5 participants per level and type, while snowboard lessons require a minimum of 4 participants. If the number of participants in a group lesson is lower than the minimum number, the School reserves the right to convert the course into private lessons, reducing the number of hours.
  • On the first day of class, each child will receive a vest. Failure to return the vest will result in a €15.00 replacement fee.
  • Minor students must be accompanied to the lesson and picked up by a parent or authorized adult.

 

REFUNDS

  • In the event of injury or illness, upon presentation of a medical certificate issued by a local doctor, a voucher for the unused amount will be issued, to be used within the following winter season. Alternatively, starting from the day after presentation of the medical certificate, a refund will be issued, applying the following rates for group lessons:
    • €20 for each missed day for Baby group lessons, adult lessons, and snowboard lessons
    • €30 for each missed day for the Full Immersion course.
  • In the event of an impediment communicated by email at least 7 days before the start of the course, the entire amount previously paid will be refunded, minus a €20 administration fee. No refund will be made if a voucher is accepted and can be used within the following winter season.
  • If booking multiple private lessons, a deposit equal to the cost of the first day of lessons is required, which will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Only the sick or injured participant will be reimbursed. In the case of private lessons with multiple participants, the reimbursement will be equal to the amount paid for the second participant.
  • All refunds granted by the School management will be paid by bank transfer.
